Alex Guardiola is a lifelong Worcester resident, proud product of Worcester Public Schools, and a dedicated advocate for students, families, and the broader community. His commitment to public education is deeply personal—shaped by his own experiences growing up in Worcester and his belief that strong schools are the foundation of a strong city.

Alex currently serves on the Worcester School Committee, where he is part of the legislative and policy-making body responsible for overseeing the Worcester Public Schools. In this role, he helps guide district priorities through superintendent oversight, budget approval, policy development, and the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with school unions. His work ensures that decisions impacting thousands of students are thoughtful, responsible, and aligned with the needs of the community.

Throughout his time on the School Committee, Alex has built a reputation for asking tough questions and prioritizing transparency.
